Prinyers Cove Marina is a 2.5 acre waterfront property nestled in tranquil Prinyers Cove at the southeast corner of Prince Edward County, approximately 25 minutes southeast of Picton.

The property is surrounded by trees, farm fields, forests and of course the water. The Cove is remote, it is quiet, and full of wildlife.

The Marina has been a local “haunt” for over 50 years; a small and hidden gem of a gathering place, providing boaters and the local community with seasonal mooring and storage, food, gas, and local events through its various iterations and owners.

In 2011, a stunning 3,500 SF 4-bedroom residence (B&B) was built and in 2019 a separate, one-bedroom suite was added above the three-car garage creating additional accommodation.

Today, we are not just a Marina…. we are more of an Outpost, offering facilities, accommodation and services catering to the local community and to those seeking nature-based experiences in, on and around the waters of Prince Edward County.

While we are happy to accommodate visitors to the County and all it has to offer, our focus is to provide our guests with a destination and a launchpad from which to pursue specific seasonal experiences with local experts.

Fall is for Fishing and Prinyers Cove Marina is conveniently located at the mouth of The Adolphus Reach, among the very best locations in North America for trophy Walleye and Lake Trout.
